IMPLEMENTATION

Our 10-step implementation
process includes:

  • Surveying your team members
  • Presenting the anonymous results to you and your team
  • Reviewing your current HR collateral and processes
  • Reviewing and refining your KPIs for each position in the business
  • Tailoring the platform based on your business’ positions, structure and KPIs
  • Training the administrator(system champion)
  • Activation and onboarding of users
  • Support for first review period
  • Post first review debrief
  • Upgrade to Rewards/Bonus level if desired (approximately one year after platform set-up)
