Our 10-step implementation
process includes:
- Surveying your team members
- Presenting the anonymous results to you and your team
- Reviewing your current HR collateral and processes
- Reviewing and refining your KPIs for each position in the business
- Tailoring the platform based on your business’ positions, structure and KPIs
- Training the administrator(system champion)
- Activation and onboarding of users
- Support for first review period
- Post first review debrief
- Upgrade to Rewards/Bonus level if desired (approximately one year after platform set-up)
